My sweet boy is three months old today. I really think saying "time flies" is cliche. But geeze! I remember how little and tiny he was and now he is big! Some new developments include:
-grasping for objects, mostly his binky when it falls out of his mouth he tries to grab it and put it back in... so far unsuccessfully. He also loves to pull the legs of the toy on his carseat and he loves his OSU tag blankie. He pulls the tags to his mouth.
-cooing. AlOT. Mostly he says alot of gooo and gsh. I hear alot of g sounds and alot of ahhh sounds.
-Smiling. ALOT (his mommy is so glad he is a smiley boy)
-rolling from his tummy to his back. Tummy time at this point is over because as soon as we put him on his tummy he rolls right over so he can see what is going on.
-He has great head control and likes to sit in his Bumbo seat to watch what momma is doing in the kitchen.
-sleeping. YIKES did I just say that? Yes my baby is a sleeper. He sleeps from 9pm to 7am most days and takes two to three big (1-3hr) naps during the day! Oh how does this make me worry about what the next child will bring :).
-eating. Eli eats every three hours during the day.
-Momma went back to work this month so Eli and Daddy hang out on the weekends. It has been really fun to see Dave step into the "daddy" mode. Their Saturday morning ritual has been to walk down to the market in downtown Worthington. They always come home with some fresh goodies for momma!
What a joy to my heart this little guy has been.
