We have gone down to visit Nana's lake house and go on Grampas boat two times this summer and it has been so fun watching the boys get to spend time with their grandparents and enjoy the water!

The boys had so much fun with both Oma and Opa AND Nana and Grampa being at the lake! So much fun that they passed out about like this each night:

The next few pics are from our second trip down to the lake with our neighbors the Smith family! Again both boys were in heaven with all their friends there to play and swim with! They both got so brave swimming this time at the lake and it was so much fun to watch them jump off the boat and swim around in the water!
I think the Smith kids had a lot of fun too and we just LOVED having them down!
And of course a vacation wouldn't be complete without some ice cream on the front step! Love these sweet sticky messes!
Jude was so brave by the end of the week jumping into the pool all by himself! Amazing to watch him just jump on in go under and pop back up with a smile!
Eli was very brave too! So much so that the last day we were there we were sunscreening Jude and hadn't put Eli's life jacket on and he ran to jump in the pool!!!! YIKES. Luckily Mike jumped in fully clothed to save him.... as both his mom and dad hadn't even noticed!! Parenting fail. Thanks Mr. Mike!
