Dave completely surprised me for our 9th wedding anniversary. He had a room at the Hilton awaiting and had my mom come into town to watch the kids. It was a great time away to spend with my hubby.
We spent a day with Liz and girls at her moms house making tomato sauce! It was a blast.
My own garden suffered a rough ending when Daisy must have jumped over the fence but then was unable to get back out. She trampled all of my tomatoes! I really don't think she got in there for the tomatoes I'm guessing she followed a critter in. I learned a lot growing my garden this year and am excited to try again next spring! Jude especially loved helping me to harvest the cherry tomatoes. He would somehow end up bringing in only one or two each time…. because he would directly eat the others!
