They SUCK. My poor baby cried; you know the kind of cry where they don't breath but just get all red and sweaty and then let out a wail louder than you knew them capable of?
... and then I cried.
I got a few comments about the sling in the last post. It is one that I MADE actually. I got some sling rings from http://slingrings.com/ found a pattern, tweaked it a bit for my freakishly short torso and viola. Home made sling. I do have a nice sewing machine and I would not trust the seams with your baby without a sewing machine. But if you do have one... YOU too could have your very own custom sling. Who has time for baby books? This is my poor attempt to keep track of the happenings of our life as our family grows, with a few of my thoughts seasoned in along the way.

I understand your feelings towards shot...it took me until at least January not to cry. Then again, Parker had at least a shot a month from the day he was born until March - it was miserable.

Jessica, I'm with you on the shots. Daniel is 11 and had shots yesterday and I have a hard time. Today he is running a fever and not feeling well.
